摘    要:依据计算机专业教执委关于三层人才金字塔结构理论,夹缝中的新建本科院校中计算机应用型人才定位还是存在模糊.根据三元论,四层人才金字塔结构更便于各层次学校准确定位.然后又通过分析人才需求、软件业经济运行情况、计算机人才面对的问题空间、计算机人才需求发展变化历程,认为新建本科院校人才培养层次宜于定位于四层人才金字塔结构的第二层次间或部分第一层次人才,提出信息技术与信息系统的问题空间的交叉域作为新建本科院校计算机专业人才培养的目标主体,并通过设置软件技术、嵌入式应用技术方向为部分学生提供向专业纵深或横向发展的机会.

Abstract:Judging by the Three-layer Pyramid Theory of Talent Structure,the training goal of computer-specialized talent in newly-built universities is still unclear.According to the ternary philosophy,a four-layer Pyramid is more convenient for talent training localization in universities of all level.Through the analysis of talent demand,operation situation of software industry,the problems faced by computer talents and the development process of computer talented person demand,we think that the second level or a portion of the first level talents in the four layer pyramid are suitable for training localization in newly-built universities.The paper proposes that the cross domain between information technology and information system is treated as the main part of computer talents training target in newly-built universities.By setting up both software technology and embedded application technology professional direction,we can provide opportunities for students to develop deeply and broadly in the profession.
