摘    要:培训是提升高校青年骨干教师职业素养的重要途径.培训应从影响教师职业素养的重要因素入手,选取职业情感、教师资格、教学能力、科研能力、专业教育、双栖教育等内容为培训内容.高校要创设有利于培训进行的工作和人文环境.采取多种方式与机制进行培训提高尤为重要,诸如实践制、导师制、探究制、进修制、讲座制、评价制.

Abstract:Training is an important way to enhance the professional attainments of young college key teachers.Colleges should start training with the important factors influencing teachers’ professional attainments and choose professional sensibility,teacher qualifications,teaching ability,research ability,professional education and amphibious education as the training contents.Colleges should also create humanistic working environment for training,and more importantly,take a variety of ways and mechanisms to improve the training,such as practice system,tutorial system,inquiry system,advancedstudy system,lecture system and evaluation system etc.
