摘    要:教师个人理论直接影响到教师对教育教学事实和问题的认识和理解,决定着他们的自身专业化发展水平。新课改下教师教育理念的"固化"、专业自主权受到"挤压"、技术取向的"阻碍"以及理论的"失衡"影响了教师个人理论的形成,阻碍了教师专业化发展。

Abstract:Teachers individual theory directly affects the teachers awareness and understanding in teaching,and also determines their professional development level.Under the background of new curriculum reform,the education philosophy’s solidification,professional autonomy extrusion,technology value orientation block and the education theory limitations affect the teachers individual theory and hinder the professional development.
