| 摘 要： | 黄冈经济是以传统产业为主导,在推进新型工业化进程中,存在着技术水平低、产业集中度低、科技投入不足、创新能力不强等问题。本文认为,黄冈经济发展要把握重点产业,推动产业集群发展;以信息化推进黄冈工业化;加速城镇化,提高城市经营水平;全面发展服务业,提高为工业化和人民生活服务的能力;加大制度创新、科技创新和管理创新力度,走一条跨越式的工业化发展道路。

| Abstract: | The economy in Huanggang is mainly the traditional industry.Therefore,during the promotion to the new industrialization,there are problems in lower technoly,lower concentration,short technic investment and poor innovation,etc.Consequently,as to the countermeasures in solving the problems mentioned above,we should control the important industry,promote their development in groups,speed up the industrialization using the Information;improve the development of the cities;develop the service industry all-round;enlarge the dynamic of innovation in systems,technology and management,in order to find a way to develop the industrialization rapidly. |
