| 摘 要： | 教学方法的创新应以提高学生的素质为根本目标,着重培养学生的学习兴趣和各种基本技能。人力资源管理课程在教学中存在着教学观念落后、教学方法单一等问题。基于此,本文主要对"集中研究式教学"这种教学方法在人力资源管理课程教学中的应用进行了介绍。
