| 摘 要： | 信息技术的迅速发展,不仅带动和促进图书馆数字化,而且将给图书馆工作方式、工作内容和管理体制带来重大变革,这对于长期以来熟悉纸质资料管理的图书管理人员来说是一个巨大挑战。为此,图书管理人员应适应时代变化,转变服务观念,通过终身学习不断提高自身素质。
