| 摘 要： | 德育环境和德育资源,是现代德育理论研究和德育实践探索所共同关心的核心问题之一。高职院校德育的资源和环境如何,不仅从根本上反映德育理论和德育实践的成熟度,而且也直接影响着学校德育的效果。文章从高职院校德育资源滞后表现成因以及高职院校德育资源的开发、管理,德育环境的建设等方面进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | The resources and environment of moral education are of the core problems both the theoretical research and the practical research of modern moral education are concerned about.The situation of moral education's environment and resources of vocational colleges not only reflects the fundamental ripeness of moral education's theoretical research and practical research but also influences directly the effectiveness of moral education.The paper expounds the reasons for the lagging behind of vocational colleges in the theory and practice of moral education,the development and management of their moral education resources,the construction of moral education environment and so on. |
