摘    要:科学合理的教师绩效评估具有导向、鉴定、改进、激励、管理等功能。高职院校教师绩效评估兼具特殊性与复杂性等特点,构建有效的高职院校教师绩效评估体系,能够调动教师的工作积极性,最终促进高职院校的良性发展和教师的自我完善。

Abstract:Scientific reasonable teacher assessment has the functions such as lead,appraisal,improvement,encouragement and management.Performance assessment system of advanced vocational and technical teachers has the characteristics such as particularity and complexity simultaneously.Found effective Performance assessment system of advanced vocational and technical teachers can arouse the working enthusiasm of teachers,promoting the well development of advanced vocational colleges with teachers eventually.
