德国"双元制"职业教育的特点及对我国高职教育发展的启示

摘    要:德国"双元制"职业教育的培养模式、课程体系、校企合作及全员参与等方面,均有许多值得借鉴之处。成功经验表明,职业教育要想有大的发展,必须有全社会的广泛关注与参与,根据社会需求的变化,构建新的课程体系与实训实习教学体系,同时要使学生明确未来的职业发展目标。

Abstract:The "binary cell system" vocational education in Germany is worth of studying to our coutry,including educational pattern,curriculum system,cooperation with school and enterprises and whole staff participation.Its success experience tells us,the entire society's widespread attention and the participation is necessary to developping the vocational education.According to the social demand change,we must construct the new curriculum system and practice teaching system,simultaneously,we should enhance the students' recognition,make them clear about the future occupation development targets.
