| Abstract: | This paper discusses the theories on the development of ecological water-saving agriculture both at home and abroad,its practice and the major problems in the development of ecological water-saving agriculture in our cowntry.It argues that the development of ecological water-saving agriculture should be the breakthrough in building a comfortably-off society in Gansu province.Also it puts forward some suggestions for the reform in system and policy. |
