WN齿轮传动的三维建模与啮合仿真分析

摘    要:本文采用Pro/E与ANSYS联合建模的方式,在PRO/E中根据WN齿轮的齿面方程建立WN齿轮模型,并进行了WN齿轮传动的三维动态啮合仿真分析。利用ANSYS的参数化设计语言APDL建立了WN齿轮的三维有限元接触分析模型,进行了WN齿轮啮合特征分析。

Abstract:Using Pro/E and ANSYS modeling, model of WN gear is established in the Pro/E which is based on WN gear tooth surface equation, and 3-D dynamic mesh simulation analysis of the WN gear drive is created. Dimensional finite element contact analysis model of WN gear is completed by the APDL of ANSYS Parametric Design Language, and the WN gear meshing characteristics is implemented.
