| 摘 要： | 加强对独立学院学生公寓管理问题的研究有助于加强学生思想政治教育，引导学生成长成才，促进学校健康发展。基于对独立学院学生特点、独立学院学生公寓管理现状及存在问题的分析，可从转变学生公寓管理观念，健全学生公寓管理制度，创新学生公寓管理模式，加强学生公寓文化建设，提高学生公寓管理人员综合素养几个方面化解其管理困境。

| Abstract: | The study of student apartment management problem in independent colleges can help to strengthen the ideological and political education of students, guide students to grow up, and promote the healthy development of colleges. Based on the characteristics of students in independent colleges, the current situation and existing problems in student apartment management are analyzed. Some countermeasures are put forward to solve the problem. |
