摘    要:人力资源是区域经济可持续发展的核心资源,促进深汕(尾)特别合作区的持续、健康发展,加强深圳和汕尾两市人力资源合作是重中之重。建立深汕(尾)特别合作区人力资源协同开发机制,要以区域合作理论为指导,以构建区域产业集群为切入点,以构建人力资源协同开发的保障体系、信息化、网络化的人力资源交流平台为手段.以区域人才开发一体化为目标,促进区域经济与人力资源的协调发展。

Abstract:Human resource is the key to the sustainable development of regional economy, so it is of significance to improve sustainable development of Shenzhen-Shanwei regional economy and enhance regional human resource cooperation. To establish the regional human resource collaborative development mechanism, it should base on regional cooperation theory, taking constructing regional industry cluster as an entry point, by means of constructing communication platform, and aiming at enhancing Shenzhen-Shanwei regional talent development, so as to promote the coordinative development of regional economy and human resource.
