高职教育入学选拔制度改革的思考

摘    要:分析了高职入学选拔制度改革的主要社会背景,指出了高职入学选拔制度改革对于技能人才培养,对于考试理论发展,对于促进中高职教育有效衔接所具有的重要意义,提出了高职入学改革应遵循的五大原则:科学性与可行性相结合原则;分阶段逐步改革原则;有利于技能人才成长原则;有利于中高职教育衔接原则;改革方法与统一思想认识相结合原则。

Abstract:The main social environment of the entrance selection system reform of high occupation technical colleges as well as the significance of the reform in the aspects of fostering technical talents are analyzed,and the key principles in the reform of entrance selection system of high occupation technical colleges are proposed,which are significant in the development of testing theories and the connection of secondary and senior vocational education and the principle of combining the reform method and the unity of thinking.
