| 摘 要： | 农民工的就业稳定性,特别是新生代农民工的就业稳定性是近几年相关领域的研究热点。通过对农民工劳动关系的调研,从更换工作频率的视角,得到了农民工的在95%的置信水平之下,平均不到两年更换一次工作以及新老两代农民工的就业稳定性没有显著差别的结论。

| Abstract: | The employment stability of migrant workers,especially the employment stability of the new generation of migrant workers,has been a hot issue in recent years.With the investigation of migrant workers,it shows that migrant workers change their job in an average of less than two years and there is no significant difference between the new and old generations of migrant workers in the employment stability from the aspect of frequency of job changing. |
