| 摘 要： | 御史监察制度始于秦汉,经魏晋南北朝进一步发展至唐代趋于完善。唐代的御史监察制度有着自己的特点:机构的健全和法律的完备,御史监察权的独立行使,优秀人才加入及严格选拔制度。唐代的御史监察制度有很多值得我们研究的地方,也为我国相关制度建设提供有益借鉴。

| Abstract: | The Yushi supervisory system had existed since ancient times which was established during the Qin and Han Dynasties,developed during the period of Wei and Jin dynasties,and the Southern and Northern Dynasties as well.This system was to be perfected in the Sui and Tang Dynasties.The Yushi supervisory system in the Tang Dynasty had its own characteristics: the sound institutions and the complete laws,the independently exercising Yushi’s supervisory power,the joining of excellent talents and strict selection system of Yushi officials.There are many things in the Yushi supervisory system in the Tang Dynasty that are worth studying,and it can also provide us with some useful experience in the construction of relevant systems in our country. |
