| 摘 要： | 加强制度体系建设是高校建设学习型党组织的重要保障,实践证明,高校的学习型党组织制度体系建设必须既要符合学习型组织理论的内涵要求,也要继承高校党建的优良经验,同时还要结合高校党建的实际情况;必须始终保持和贯彻学习型组织科学性、权威性、持续性、创新性等本质特征,只有这样,我们才能在全面科学合理规范的制度下深入持久的开展好学习型党组织创建工作,不断体现学习型党组织创建的巨大优越性。

| Abstract: | Strengthening the construction of the institutional system is the important guarantee for building up a learning party organization.The practice proves that the construction of the learning party organization in universities not only meet the learning organization theory,but also inherit the good experience of party construction in colleges and the actual situation.Only in this way can we promote the construction work of learning party organization under the comprehensive,scientific and reasonable institutional system,and continuously represents the great superiority of learning party organization. |
