| Abstract: | The paper tries to analyze the reasons why the hoplite existed fro a long time in ancient Greece from the aspects of generation and evolution of hoplite system.It is the support of the city state system that the hoplite system can be survived for a long time.With the collapse of the city state,it is inevitable for the hoplite system to decline. |
