| 摘 要： | 教学计划是网络教育人才培养的纲，对能否实现人才培养的目标起着重要作用。然而，网络教育中，如何制定符合成人需要的专业教学计划？本文针对此问题展开讨论。本文采用了文献研究法、实地考察法、访谈法等研究方法。作者提出了网络教育专业教学计划的设计思路，教学计划内容和组织机构的设计方法，并总结了符合成人需要的灵活教学计划的设计策略。希望本文能够为我国网络教育实践机构的教学计划改革提供思路和方法上的帮助。

| Abstract: | Network education teaching personnel training program is the key link, the ability to achieve the objectives of personnel training plays an important role. However, how to develop in line with the needs of professional teaching program for adults in network education.9 This paper will aim at the issues to discuss. In this paper, use the method of literature research, field study method, interviews and other research methods. The author put forward the design idea of the content of teaching programs and organizational design methods, and summarizes the flexibility to meet the needs of adults, the design of teaching plans strategy. We hope that this paper be able to practice our network education plan to reform the institutions of teaching ide- as and methods to provide assistance. |
