| 摘 要： | 本文在介绍自主创新能力内涵以及自主创新能力构成的基础上,以与最优和最劣对象距离之和最小为目标,运用微粒群优化算法确定指标权重,用模糊隶属赋值方法对指标进行无量纲处理,进而对我国西部地区自主创新能力做出了模糊综合评价,验证了方法的可行性及有效性。
