| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO以后,中国企业特别是国有中小企业面对的问题是继续向前发展适应巨变的经济环境;还是一成不变,继续原来按部就班的计划经济决策进行经营直至死亡值得深思。文章从我国国有中小企业经营的现状出发,分析我国国有中小企业经营中存在的问题,提出了我国国有中小企业发展的对策及建议。
