瑞香狼毒提取物作用于人肺癌细胞NCI-H446[H446]后端粒酶的定量表达

摘    要:目的:通过端粒酶的数量变化来探讨瑞香狼毒提取物对肺癌细胞NCI-H446H446]的抗肿瘤作用。方法:体外培养肺癌细胞NCI-H446H446]细胞株,以不同浓度的瑞香狼毒提取物作用24h后,用荧光标记的方法定量检测端粒酶。结果:瑞香狼毒提取物作用人肺癌细胞提取物NCI-H446H446]后,端粒酶的数量明显减少并呈现与剂量的正相关性。结论:瑞香狼毒提取物对肺癌细胞NCI-H446H446]具有明显的抗肿瘤作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effective value of Radix Euphorbiae fischerianae on human lung cancer cells NCI-H446 H446] by changing the amount of telomerase.Methods:After the human lung cancer cells NCI-H446 H446] were implanted,it was extracted by Radix Euphorbiae with different concentrations which would function for 24h.Then telomerase would be detected by fluorescence mark.Results:For human lung cancer cells NCI-H446 H446] functioned by Radix Euphorbiae fischerianae,the number of telo-merase reduced apparently and appeared dependency of dosage.Conclusion:Radix Euphorbiae fischerianae has distinguished value for restraining human lung cancer cells NCI-H446H446],and could be a new anti-cancer medicine.
