| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了关于划分ＳＣＩ期刊等级区域的基本思考及其意义，提出了划分ＳＣＩ期刊等级区域的方法以及对不同等级区域赋以分值的设计，统计了中国科技论文在ＳＣＩ期刊等级区域中的分布，以发表论文最多的前１０名高等院校和科研院所为案例进行了论文量排序和分值排序的对比试验。

| Abstract: | s: The basic consideration and significance of dividing SCI journal grades is discussed. The dividing method of SCI journal grades is put forward and the values of different journal grade are given. The distribution of Chinese papers in SCI journal grades are described. The papers rank and value rank of 10 top universities and institutes are compared. |
