| 摘 要： | 为了实现高职教育的基本培养目标,高职人才培养需要可遵循的主导模式。而从现代教育思想与高职教育的普遍趋势看,这种主导模式理应是"双证融通,产学合作"。高职教育要实施这一主导模式,必须抓好六个环节,即构建质量标准、重组课程体系、改革教学模式、创新评价方法、建设实训基地、提升师资队伍。

| Abstract: | In order to achieve a basic training target of higher vocational education, nurturing people needs to follow the lead modes. From modern education ideas and the general trends of higher vocational education, the lead models should be the crasis of dual certificate and production cooperate with study. Higher vocational education must do well in six taches, that building quality standard, restructuring curriculum system, reforming teaching mode, innovating methods of evaluation, constructing training base, enhancing teaching staff. |
