| 摘 要： | 运动性贫血不仅严重影响运动员运动技能的发挥和运动成绩的提高,且对身体十分有害。高血容量反应是运动训练适应性表现,不会造成真正意义的贫血,而运动训练中红细胞溶血、铁储备状况和造血因子的监测则是预防运动性贫血的重点。以近年来的研究进展,就运动性贫血的发生机制,从多个方面进行系统论述,为运动性贫血的研究和运动员合理防治运动性贫血提供参考,并对利用低氧防治运动性贫血的可行性提出理论性探讨。

| Abstract: | Sports anemia not only affects the exertion of skill and the improvement of performance in physical education and sport,but also is harmful to the health of the body.The high blood volume is the expression of the adaptation of exercise training,which can not result in real anemia.But in exercise training the monitoring of erythrocyte hemolysis,iron deficiency and haematogenesis factor should be emphasized in the prevention from sports anemia.The recent development of researches on the mechanism of sports anemia was stated systematically from different angle of view in this paper.Its purpose is to provide reference for the research of sports anemia and reasonable prevention and cure of athletes'sports anemia,and introduce the theoretical analysis of hypoxia prevention and cure of sports anemia. |
