| 摘 要： | 论述了数字图书馆与传统图书馆的本质区别,说明数字图书馆是一种对未来社会产生革命性影响的信息技术形式。目前把图书馆进行数字资源建设的局部行为当作数字图书馆的整体开发项目是一大误解,如不及时纠正,将拉大我国与发达国家的数字鸿沟。

| Abstract: | The paper describes the basic differences between the digital library and the traditional library and states that digital library is an information technological format, which produces revolutionary influence on the future society. It is misunderstanding of many people to develop digital resources in libraries as the whole development projects of digital library. This misunderstanding will expand the digital chasm between developed countries and China if we do not realize and correct it in time. |
