| 摘 要： | 从现实情况看，社会管理创新的实践需要一套务实有效的理论来指导。从长远发展看，社会管理创新的可持续发展需要相关人才的支持。高校的社会管理服务功能源于其“人才培养、科学研究、社会服务”三大功能。高校参与社会管理创新，就直接方式而言，主要是创新内部管理。其间接方式则主要是：通过发挥人才培养功能，为社会输送大量符合社会管理规范的人才；通过发挥自身科研能力，为社会管理创新提供理论依据和实践指南；通过发挥社会服务功能，为社会管理创新提供软技术支持。高校只有主动参与社会管理创新，才能更好地促进社会体制改进、制度更新和社会进步。

| Abstract: | From a practical vie w,the practice of socia l management innovation requires a pragmatic workable theo-retical guidance. From a long-term development perspective,the sustainable development of social management in-novation needs the relevant personnel support. The social management and service functions of university are based on the three big functions such as personnel training,scientific research and social service. The direct method of their par-ticipation in social management innovation is the innovation of its internal management. There are some indirect methods： cultivating a large number of talents adapt to the social standard management,providing the theory basis and guidance for social management by scientific research,and providing technical support for the innovation of social manage-ment software through its service function. Colleges and universities actively participate in social management innovation,target reform and innovation can promote the improve-ment of the social system,system updates,social progress, bidirectional improve of social management innovation. |
