基于企业理念的民营快递企业文化研究

摘    要:企业文化建设是现代企业经营管理中非常重要的一环。中国民营快递企业经过几年的快速发展已初具规模,顺丰速运、宅急送和四通一达成为民营快递企业的佼佼者。做为民营快递企业中的知名品牌,这些企业都形成了自己的企业文化。通过对七家品牌民营快递企业文化建设内容的比较分析发现,目前民营快递企业文化建设中存在着企业文化建设内容不完整、企业理念撞车、局部设计不恰当、企业形象口号宣传不到位等问题。因此,民营快递企业在企业文化建设方面应重视并完善企业文化结构建设,企业理念应具有企业个性,企业文化应宣传到位。

On Corporate Culture of Private Express Companies based on the Concept of Enterprise

Abstract:Corporate culture is a very important part in modern enterprise management. After the rapid development in recent years,Chinese private express enterprises have be-gun to take shape,SF,ZJS,STO,YT,ZTO,HTKY,and Yun Da have become leader in private express enterprises. As fa-mous brand of private express enterprise,they should have their own corporate culture. By comparing related index construction of the seven brand of private express enter-prise, Analysis shows that there are cultural content of con-struction enterprises are private express enterprise culture construction is not complete, enterprise idea crash, local in-appropriate design, enterprise image publicity is not in place and so on. Therefore, the private express delivery enterprises should attach importance to improve the corporate culture construction in the the building of enterprise culture, the concept of corporate culture should have personality, enter-prise culture propaganda in place.
