| 摘 要： | 党外知识分子在高校具有数量多、层次高、影响大的特点,因此,做好党外知识分子的工作历来是高校统战工作的一项基础性工作。以韩山师范学院的党外知识分子为调查对象,通过问卷调查和个别访谈的方式,重点调查党外知识分子的思想态势,并在此基础上提出了加强思想建设和组织建设等针对性的工作对策。

| Abstract: | College and university intellectuals who are non-members of the Communist Party of China （non-Party intellectuals）, have been characterized by hugeness in number, high-level in education and pro-found impact to the society. Therefore, it is always a fundamental engagement for the education institutions to well deal with the relationship with these non-Party intellectuals. In this paper, a survey has covered these non-Party intellectuals at Hanshan Normal University by questionnaires and individual interviews with focuses on the investigations of their ideological trends. Based on these, we correspondingly propose some countermea-sures to intensify the ideological and organization construction . |
