超声波在压力容器泄漏检测与定位中的应用

摘    要:压力容器泄漏检测和泄漏点定位对保障压力容器安全使用具有重要的作用。通过对各种定位方法及定位算法的分析比较。确定一种进行检测泄漏的定位算法,并推导出计算公式。采用LabVIEW软件,架构起简易实验平台,通过实验对定位算法进行了验证。实验证明,采取检测超声波的方式可以有效地进行压力容器的泄漏检测与定位。

Abstract:Leakage detection and location plays a very important role in safety using pressure vessel. Based on indepth comparison of various positioning methods and location algorithm,it determines location algorithm to detect leakage and deduces formula. A simple experimental platform was built by the Lab VIEW virtual instrument software. The positioning algorithm is verified by experiments. The experiment proves this method is very effective in detecting and locating pressure vessel leakage.
