| 摘 要： | 以原创性、开放性、综合性、多元化为特征的高校网络文化既为壮大主流思想舆论提供了新的观念、丰富的内容、有效的途径、良好的效果，也对价值观念的确立、意识形态的建构和人文素养的培育提出了挑战。加强高校网络文化建设，占领网络舆论阵地，唱响主旋律，传播正能量，加强网上治理，强化舆论引导，完善保障机制是壮大主流思想舆论的重要举措。

| Abstract: | Characterized by originality,open,comprehen-sive,diversified network culture in colleges and universities provides new ideas,rich contents,effective ways,and good effect to strengthen the mainstream public opinion. But it also challenges the value establishment,ideological construction and humanities cultivation. The keys to strengthen the mainstream public opinion include： Occupying network position,singing the main melody,spreading the positive energy,strengthening the internet management and public opinion guidance,and perfecting the safeguard mechanism in network culture construction of colleges and universities. |
