Research on the Influential Factors of Learning Behavioral Engagement under the AR Game Learning Environment

Abstract:At the present day of continuous recombination and change of teaching modes in the global fundamental education,educational game works as a newly emerging teaching media.Its function of edutainment has gained widely concern of experts in related fields,teachers,and parents.Game learning or learning based on game,especially the game of using mobile applications and augmented reality,has become the theme of many educational research fields.This paper has firstly expounded the concept and constitution dimension of learning behavior engagement,combined with experiential learning,motivation-activity and self-regulated learning theory and the existing theoretical model of learning behavioral engagement and based on the analysis of AR game teaching environment,constructed the theoretical model for AR educational game,and,based on its specific constitution dimension,constructed measurement scale of learning behavioral engagement.According to the evaluation scale,the research has designed the evaluation questionnaire of learning behavioral engagement.The research on the influential factors of learning behavioral engagement under the AR game learning environment through the analysis of questionnaire data will provide theoretical support for the construction of learning behavioral engagement evaluation system under the continual AR game teaching environment and promotion routes and strategy exploration of learners’ learning behavioral engagement under the support of AR educational game.
