| Abstract: | Through field visits, discussions and a questionnaire survey they try to find out the situation of environmental pollution in rural areas of Guangxi and its legal system. Combining theoretical knowledge with the situation, the paper analyzes the deep-seated reasons for the environmental pollution in rural areas of Guangxi and proposes some legal countermeasures against pollution prevention and control in rural areas of Guangxi. |
