| 摘 要： | 采用文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法、比较分析法、数理统计法，对泉州市区毕业班学生课外体育活动现状进行了调查研究。结果表明：大部分毕业班学生对课外体育活动有浓厚兴趣；玩得开心、增强体质、减轻学习压力是毕业班学生参与体育活动首要动机；毕业班学生参加课外体育活动的次数、时间严重不足；毕业班学生体育活动项目的选择具有显著的性别差异；本校体育场所、家附近的空地是毕业班学生体育活动的主要场所；功课太多、场地器材缺乏、缺少伙伴、无人指导是影响毕业班学生参与课外体育活动的主要因素。

| Abstract: | By applying research methods of literature, questionnaires, survey, comparison and analysis, mathematics and statistics , a study has been done on the current situation of the middle school graduating classes' after-school sport activities in the city of Quanzhou. The result indicates that most of the graduating students have great interest in after-school sport activities , with the primary motive of having a good time, building up the health and relieving the pressure from study. The frequency and time of having sport activities are severely insufficient, and the choices of sport items are of significant sex difference. Sport fields in school and open areas near home are the main fields for the students. Too much homework, shortage of fields and facilities, lack of playing partners and coaching, are the main factors which affect their after-school sport activities. |
