| 摘 要： | 我国报业集团化发展至今已经9个年头,报业集团的数量也已增加到目前的41家。由于报业的集团化之路缺乏必要的企业化铺垫,都或多或少地受到政治力量的推动,因此,在一定时段内各子报子刊会存在貌合神离、各自为战的现象,很可能导致“内耗”,造成“规模不经济”。因此,只有将子报子刊的资源有效整合,才能弥补报业集团浮躁发展带来的危险,才能真正实现经济学意义上的“规模经济”。

| Abstract: | Newspaper Groups have been developed for nine years in China, the members have increased to 41 up to now.Since the Newspaper Groups are different from common enterprises in many ways,and influenced by political forces,in a certain period,the branch Papers are seemingly in harmony but actually at variance,and each works in their own way.This may result losses suffered in internal strife,and cause a Group "large in scale but cost too much".Therefore,only by the branch or subordinate Papers making efficient integration of resources,can the Group avoid impetuous in development,and achieve substantial "large scale production." |
