| 摘 要： | 新时期,高校档案服务机制创新应从三方面进行:以人为本,促进档案服务人性化建设;依法治档,加强档案服务法制化建设;与时俱进,推动档案服务现代化建设。不断创新高校档案服务机制,对于促进高校档案事业的发展,推动高校教学、科研、党政管理等各项工作的全面发展具有极其重要的意义。
