| 摘 要： | 学报要生存和发展，作者和编辑两者缺一不可。在编辑活动中，笔者认为建立编辑与作者良好的互助合作关系，一是要尊重作者、依靠作者；二是要了解作者、当好参谋；三是要虚心向作者学习，热情为作者服务。
