| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济快速发展,市场环境暴露出了不少存在问题,其根本原因是企业社会信用的缺失,法制建设不完善及经济体制改革不到位.尽快建立政府部门的信用监管和公共服务、市场信用服务机构的商业化运作、行业部门的诚信活动与自律三方面有机结合的社会信用体系,是整顿和规范市场经济秩序的治本之策.

| Abstract: | Alongside the high-speed economic advances in our country, some existent problems in the market environment stand exposed. Their basic reasons are due to the defect of enterprise's social credibility, the imperfection of the legal-system construction and the economic-structure reform being not yet in readiness. So we must as soon as possible establish the social credit system including the following three organic combinative respects: the government departments' credit supervision and public service, the commercial implementation of the market's credit service structures, and the honest activities and self-discipline of the professional departments. Indeed, it is the radical measure to rectify and regulate the market economic order. |
