摘    要:克拉克的经典"三角协调模型"被学术界认为是高等教育治理分析框架的雏形.后来得到了一批教育学家的发展,但其研究最终没有偏离克拉克的三角分析框架.鲍尔和阿斯克林在"三角协调模型"基础上结合贝达尔的理论提出了"权威-目的两分法",构建了一个新的分析框架,试图超越经典的三角分析模型,从而对高等教育治理问题和存在的比较优势作出了更合理的解释.

Abstract:Clark's classic "the triangle coordination model" was regarded by the scientists as the theoretical framework of higher education governance.It was later developed by educational researchers,however its research has never deviated from Clark's triangle framework.In 1999 based on "the triangle coordination model" together with Berdahl' theory,Bauer and Askling proposed "the authority-goal dichotomy",which formed a new framework.It attempted to surmount the classic "the triangle coordination model",which made the reasonable explanation to the higher education governing question and the comparative advantage.
