| 摘 要： | "校中厂"是校企合作的重要模式,也是提高高职院校学生实践技能的有效途径。分析校企合作中"校中厂"的建设原则、建设标准、规范化管理和分工管理,从而使"校中厂"真正把相关企业的技术人员、设备、场地等资源引入学校教育教学的全过程,进而让企业参与"校中厂"建设、专业建设、课程改革、实训教材编写和实训指导等工作,不断拓展"校中厂"的内涵及功能,有效带动学校的专业内涵建设以及人才培养模式的创新。

| Abstract: | The mode of ＂factory in colleges＂ is an important one in university -enterprise cooperation and an effective way to improve vocational college students＇ practical skills. This paper discusses the construction principles, construction stand- ards, standardized management and division of labor management of ＂factory in colleges＂ so that the technical personnel, e- quipment and site resources of the enterprises can be led to the whole teaching process. Meanwhile, such work as the con- struetion of ＂factory in college＂ and majors, curriculum reform, compiling practical training materials and directing practice can be done partly by the enterprises so as to expand the connotation and function of ＂factory in colleges＂, promote profes- sional connotation construction and innovate the personnel training mode. |
