摘    要:分析了过程控制系统存在调节器饱和现象的调节过程的特点,并且推导出这种调节过程所遵循的规律。设计了一种基于调节器输出饱和的PI控制算法,该算法实现了系统退饱和点的控制,并在液位系统中对算法进行了验证。结果证明该方法对系统的输出饱和具有良好的适应性。并且能够充分利用调节器功能,改善系统饱和时的动态过程。

Abstract:Feature of adjusting procedure with regulator saturation is analyzed in the paper, and a law of regulating process is derived. A PI control algorithm based on regulator output saturation is designed, which achieves control over saturation withdraw point of system. The algorithm is verified in a second- order water- level control system, the result shows the algorithm has fine adjustability for system output saturation; it can make full use of the function of regulator and improve the dynamic performance of system in saturation.
