提高轻质油(柴油馏分)的稳定性研究

摘    要:以渣油、进口重油为原料,生产轻质油(柴油馏分),产品存在稳定性极差的质量问题。实验室以变质轻质油(柴油馏分)为试验原料,采用蒸馏方法蒸馏出新鲜的轻质油(柴油馏分),通过加入不同种类、不同剂量的试验稳定剂,进行稳定性试验,由颜色变化的时间长短考察轻质油(柴油馏分)稳定性效果。试验结果表明:发现的A、B剂都具有稳定时间长、颜色变化不大、稳定效果好的优点;其添加量在0.1%-0.5%,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:The diesel distillate originated from import heavy oil or residue exhibited very poor stability. The fresh diesel distillate was obtained from the deteriorated diesel by distilling. The stability of fresh diesel distillate was examined by adding stabilizer A or B. The results showed that the stability of diesel distillate could be significantly improved when 0.1 -0.5% by weight of the stabilizer was added. It has obvious economic and social benefits.
