| 摘 要： | 目前,体育行会行政侵权纠纷现象已成为中国一大社会问题。我国目前缺乏对体育行会行政权正当性的法律制度的全面研究。本文立足中国国情,分析了我国现行体育行会行政权的现状,并针对问题提出完善体育行会内部管理行为的思路。
