| Abstract: | Adhering to people-oriented principle and making students the main part is necessary to build the school culture. The views on values should be set up on the basic of respecting people, understanding and concerning people. All teachers and students should be mobilized to participate in the construction of school culture. The guidance must be reinforced so that the characteristic culture of the school can be formed. |
