| 摘 要： | 要提高国家助学贷款还款率,必须认清当前高校助学贷款工作中存在的诸多问题:国有商业银行的商业性原则与助学贷款的社会福利性原则之间存在矛盾,严峻的就业形势造成贷款毕业生还款压力增大,高校对开展助学贷款工作支持力度不够,银校之间合作缺乏长足的动力以及制度化、系统化的诚信教育长效机制缺乏等.为此,可以通过实现贷款毕业生的充分就业、加强高校对助学贷款工作的支持力度、进一步增强互惠互利的银校沟通和合作以及建立制度化、系统化的诚信教育长效机制等途径来实现高校国家助学贷款督促还贷工作的顺利开展.

| Abstract: | To raise the rate of repaying GSSL, it is necessary to understand all the problems existing in the work of GSSL in universities, such as the contradiction between the business property of the state-owned banks and social welfare property of GSSL, the inadequate strength of the support of GSSL in universities, the lack of enough motive between the cooperation of universities and banks, and the lack of the mechanism of institutional and systematic honest education. To solve these problems, it is possible to realize the sustainable development of GSSL by improving the employment rate of graduates, strengthening the support of universities to GSSL, etc. |
