| 摘 要： | 酒化是古今中外最大众而又最神秘的化之一。然而，人类酒的起源和酒的功能及其饮用价值至今仍众说纷纭。本从人类酒起源说及酿酒、饮酒发展形成的酒化的展现与佤族水酒化发展历史的纵横对比，用大量资料进行了论证，对人类数千年来酒起源之谜和酒的功能价值与酒礼、酒德等化进行了有据探索与揭示。指出佤族创造的水酒化是人类最古朴、最典雅、最健身、最优秀的酒化之一。是一种很有开发价值的酒化。

| Abstract: | In ancient and modern, Chinese and foreign, the liquor-culture is one of the most popular and the most mythical cultures. But up to now, as the origin and function of liquor-culture formed by the development of making liquor and its drinking value, opinions vary. Through comparison the theory of liquor's origin and the emergence of liquor and drinking liquor with the history of development of Wa nationality's liquor-culture, with a vast amount of date, this paper probed into and revealed the origin and function and value of liquor, and good drinking habit and etiquette and custom, and pointed out that the liquor-culture created by Wa nationality is one of the most simple and unsophisticated, the most refined, the most body-building and first-rate cultures of human race. It is worth exploiting. |
