摘    要:柔韧素质是体育运动的基础,运用瑜伽功体位法代替一般的柔韧素质训练,对增强女大学生柔韧素质有明显的作用。文章对通过瑜珈增强女大学生柔韧素质的练习方法进行了分析研究,以期促进高校体育教学的水平。

Abstract:As we all know , pliability quality is the foundation of sports activities. It's obviously useful for female college students to improve their pliability quality by carrying out ways of yoga postures instead of the common practice of pliability quality.The paper, by studying the ways of practicing Yoga, analyzes how to improve female college students' pliability in order to improve the level of college P.E. teaching.
