| 摘 要： | 当前，国内企业履行社会责任的情况不容乐观。本文从古代“商道”的重要思想、自身发展内在要求、适应社会发展需要、构建和谐社会等四个方面对企业履行社会责任的内因进行了深入分析，提出了建立政府主导、企业执行、公众监督的企业社会责任模式。

| Abstract: | The current situation of domestic enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility is not optimistic. From the four aspects of the thinking of ＂Shangdao＂ in ancient China, an inherent requirement for self - development, adap- tation to social development needs, and build of a harmonious society, this paper analyses the internal factors of corpo- rate social responsibility, and proposes corporate social responsibility model of the establishment of government -led, business execution, and public oversight. |
