| 摘 要： | 通过建立耐力训练大鼠跑台运动模型,测试了大鼠骨骼肌组织总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。旨在研究槲皮素对运动训练大鼠骨骼肌组织自由基代谢及对运动能力的影响。结果表明,灌服槲皮素运动训练组及运动力竭组大鼠骨骼肌组织的T-SOD、CuZn-SOD、GSH-Px、CAT活性高于其相应对照组;MDA含量低于其相应对照组。结论:槲皮素是一种有效的自由基清除剂,可显著提高运动大鼠抗自由基氧化的功能,能使大鼠运动能力明显提高。

| Abstract: | By setting-up rat endurance training exhaustive exercise model,the study measures some rat muscle indices such as the activity of total anti-oxidation,T-SOD、 CuZn-SOD、GSH-Px 、CAT and content of MDA.The theory references are to reffect the effect of Quercetin on the metabolism of free radical in muscle and exercise performance in trained rat.The results show that the activity of T-SOD、 CuZn-SOD、GSH-Px and CAT in muscle tissue increase and the content of MDA decrease in Quercetin groups remarkably.Conclusion:as a efficient free radical eliminate,Quercetin strongly enhances anti-oxidative status and improve exercise performance in trained rat. |
