摘    要:为更好地在轮机员培训中实施实操考核评估,针对船舶主机曲轴箱浓度探测装置的教学现状,结合工程实际,设计浓度探测器仿真系统.系统以GRAVINER Mark 5型油雾浓度探测器为仿真对象,上位机软件采用KingView 6.5编写,每台下位机看作1个外部设备,设备配置向导的提示可使上位机和下位机方便、快捷地完成连接;下位机位于硬盘台控制箱体内,包括各参数设置单元、变送单元、显示单元、控制单元和执行单元;利用可编程逻辑控制器(Programmalde Logic Controller,PLC)循环扫描的特点,将所测模拟状态值和设定值进行比较,根据不同的比较结果采取相应的执行方案.仿真运行结果表明系统达到预期效果,对小型仿真训练系统的开发具有借鉴意义.
